We usually test products and check for all damages before shipping them out to customers to ensure that the product is in pristine conditions. For out of the box new products, we accept returns within 48 hours for errors only and not physical damage
No we don’t do exchanges.
Call us anytime to check on the delivery progress of any item that you have ordered from our store.
We offer free shipping during promo season. For any other time, we have accorded delivery rates for any products that you buy from our store. You can select your location and delivery fee during checkout. We also offer large delivery discounts or even free for very bulk or multiple purchases. Contact customer care to discus furthure.
We accept all forms of payment for goods and services. We accept cash, mobile money, cards not crypto though!
